Marketplace help
Morrow Market is a digital marketplace in development preview.
What can I try today?
Explore sample products, save favorites on this device, build a shopping bag, complete a $0 demo checkout, and download sample files from your library. Demo prices and cover artwork illustrate the intended marketplace; sample files are short original Markdown documents.
Where are my downloads?
Sign in with the same account used at checkout and open your library. Completed demo and free product orders include a receipt and authenticated download links. Real free products deliver the uploaded original file; demo products deliver a Markdown sample. Downloads are tied to the purchasing account.
Can I sell my own work?
Open seller dashboard, set up your store, and add a product. Drafts stay private. Submitting a listing sends it for platform review. Approved listings appear in the public catalog. Listing or curriculum edits require another review. Uploads accept supported digital formats up to 20 MB per product.
Are payments or payouts live?
No. You can complete $0 demo orders and orders for approved free creator products. Paid creator listings cannot be purchased until a payment provider and seller settlement flow have been configured and verified.
How do I contact a creator?
Open an order record from your library and choose Contact creator for the product you need help with. Messages and creator replies stay with that order item. Creators respond from Seller dashboard → Support. You can close a conversation when it is resolved, or send another reply to reopen it.
Can I request a refund?
The library lets you record a refund request for a demo order. Free and demo orders have no charge to refund. Requests do not initiate a payment or transfer.
What about video courses?
Courses support up to 30 MP4 or WebM video lessons, with a 20 MB limit per video. Creators can add and arrange lessons from Curriculum in their product list. Completed free course orders open an account-protected player with saved playback position and lesson completion. Your main course file is available as a downloadable resource. Large video hosting and adaptive streaming are not connected.
Marketplace and account access
The marketplace is publicly accessible. Your creator dashboard, library and order records require sign-in and are limited to the relevant account. Draft products remain visible only to their owner.
